Here are some facts about the top male enhancement pills on the market Entenze, Extagen, and Enzyte.

Extenze

A few years back in the late night infomercial business, Ron Jeremy, one of the most recognized male porn stars in the world, began pitching natural male enhancement with the help of big-breasted women and the world came to know Extenze as another leader in the penis enlargement pill market. Now, five years later, Extenze dominates the market, in the same way that Enzyte has, by offering a free sample to anyone who wants a longer, bigger penis.

So you ask does Extenze work?

Well, just like the makers of Enzyte, the company responsible for pushing this late night natural male enhancer on you has also been involved in lawsuits relating to unfair business practices and false advertising. Also, after several people became sick in California from taking the pills, they were found to have dangerous levels of lead in them.

But beyond the legalities of Dish Direct Incorporated, the manufacturers of Extenze, the FDA has not evaluated these, or any other penis enlargement pills, to have any effectiveness. Two of the ingredients in these “natural male enhancers” are Zinc and DHEA. These products have been known to positively affect your libido if your levels are already low in your body. They can be found much cheaper than the price of Extenze, but should be taken with precautions because an overdose can carry potential health risks. Also, DHEA is an anabolic steroid and carries its own precautions.

The other issue is that on their infomercials, they state that these penis enlargement pills can take up to thirty days to take effect. They do send you a free sample, but you have to enroll in their program which entitles you to receive a new supply every thirty days for an inflated cost. If you sign up and forget to cancel before your thirty days are up, you are stuck with some more useless pills.

While they claim to have an expert, Dr. Daniel S. Stein, that has evaluated the effectiveness of this particular natural male enhancer, there are no approved FDA experts on penis enlargement pills.  Because Extenze falls under herbal supplements, and not pharmaceutical drugs, the FDA does not regulate this industry.

Whether these pills seem to work because you are low on zinc, or because of placebo effect, the only benefit you will get is a sustained erection and not a significant gain in penis size.

Extagen

There is another natural male enhancer out there that claims to actually work. Its name is Extagen and it is growing in popularity among the penis enlargement pill market. Unlike Extenze or Enzyte, Extagen does not push free samples on you but instead offers a 100% money back guarantee for the first 120 days.

But does Extagen work?

Unlike the other companies, Extagen comes off as an honest company that cares about your erectile dysfunction. The pills are manufactured in a world class FDA approved facility and there website is displayed in a classy, medically informative way that tries to answer all your questions.

Except, it doesn’t.

If you search the web about Extagen, you will find tons of articles devoted to honest reviews that swear that this penis enlargement pill really works. But if you look closely, all these pages are similar and all have links back to their product.

How can you have an honest review then link back to the merchandise?

Unlike the flashy campaigns of Enzyte and Extenze, Extagen has chosen to go the route of keyword saturation and to dominate the market in SEO style. If you search for this product on Google, you have to weigh through several dozen sites before you find the truth about this natural male enhancement.

There are several ingredients in these pills that have been known to provide erection and sexual arousal like maca extract and ginseng. But the biggest problem with Extagen is that it contains yohimbe extract. While this supplement has been known to help stimulate arousal in patients who suffer side effects from antidepressants and help fight impotence, yohimbe can be harmful. The FDA has reported serious side effects from products that contain this extract like prostate enlargement, renal failure, painful prolonged erection, muscle paralysis, seizures, and even death.

There is a good chance that this product really does work for it stimulates blood pressure, especially in the genital area. But the manufacturers are under no FDA regulations to tell you the harmful effects, nor are they under restraints to how much yohimbe is in their pills.

Another issue is that while they offer a 120 day money back guarantee, they also state that it can take up to six months for these pills to work properly, By then, you would have spent close to three hundred dollars and no longer have any way of getting your money back.

Enzyte

So you have seen the commercials with Smiling Bob happy as heck that everyone loves the new size of his penis. His smiling face has become a popular trademark for Enzyte, the natural male enhancer and has led sales in the billion dollar industry of penis enlargement pills.

Before you rush off and get your free sample, you probably want to know if these pills work.

Well, first you should know that the chief manufacturer of Enzyte has been indicted by the Federal Courts over the last few years on over a hundred counts ranging from conspiracy, mail fraud, and money laundering.

And these charges have nothing to do with the lawsuits that have been filed against the makers of Enzyte for allegedly defrauding customers.  After the convictions and fines, the Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals company went bankrupt and then was bought by Pristine Bay and Smiling Bob has returned to the late night airwaves promising euphoric style male enhancement.

Well, you might feel some euphoria taking these penis enlargement pills, but not much else.  One of the ingredients in Enzyte is Niacin. This supplement is popular in the underground industry where people try to make fake Ecstasy and pass it off as the real thing. Niacin will give you hot flashes and that sudden feeling of euphoria.

All of the other ingredients in this male enhancement pill are common supplements found at any health store and have no proven effectiveness in penis enlargement. There are sites with “experts” who claim that Enzyte does what it advertised. But the only experts are those approved by the FDA, and so far, the FDA has not determined that these types of male enhancement supplements have any real effect.

To some people, Enzyte works, but that just might be from placebo effects. They promise to send you a free sample but underneath that claim you end up enrolling in a monthly plan that costs substantial more.

Also, the FDA has not evaluated the long term effects of taking these pills. Too many people confuse erectile dysfunction with male enhancement. You don’t have to suffer problems with an erection to benefit from pills like Viagra or Cialis. They help sustain a hard penis for a lengthy time and are approved by the FDA.

Remember, there is no proven way to increase the size of your penis. Be careful using any penis enlargement pills and understand the risks you take.
